Image via WikipediaThe California based DirecTV Group Inc., which also the nation's largest satellite TV operator, announced on this Thursday that its profit has raised even more by 21% in their initial quarter of this year. With its continued success, the company has far passed its rivals, like Dish Network, and now almost leads the market. DirecTV also boasted in their announcement that it also added an extreme amount of 611,000 subscribers in this quarters’ period of January to March. This is its second-best record, as we go even back till the decade old history, best record being the previous fourth quarter of last year, with a total of 667,000 new subscriptions.
