The founder of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, has straight forwardly asserted that all the evidences, including the alleged emails and signed documents, which form a part of the lawsuit by a New York resident regarding the claim of part ownership in Facebook are completely fake. The official statement of Mark Zuckerberg was recorded in the paper filings submitted by his attorneys in federal court in Buffaloon on Thursday. The attorneys emphasized that they would like to speed up the process of getting access to the original documents, as only the carbon copies of actual documents were filed in the lawsuit of Paul Ceglia. Furthermore Zuckerberg’s attorneys also requested the court to further inspect the computer and other such personal computer gadgets of Ceglia.
The official response filed to the lawsuit asserted that "the contract is a cut-and-paste job, the emails are complete fabrications and this entire lawsuit is a fraud." It was mentioned that "Zuckerberg has now declared under oath that he did not sign the contract attached to Ceglia's complaint and that he did not write or receive any of the purported emails."
The prominent lawsuit filed by Ceglia was initially brought under light in 2010, though it later had to be filed again in April 2011. It is fundamentally based mostly on two-page "work for hire" contract, which ties down the names of both Zuckerberg and Ceglia. The resident of Wellsville in Allegany County, Ceglia, claims that he had a contract signing with Zuckerberg in the times when he was still a Harvard University student. He asserts that he initially began helping Zuckerberg with the street-mapping database recreation he was working on. Ceglia claims he even paid $1,000 to Zuckerberg for his services. It was also alleged in the lawsuit, that later Ceglia again gave Zuckerberg additional $1,000 in support for his idea, which turned out to be Facebook, on the condition that Ceglia would get 50 percent of whatever comes off of it.

Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg have labeled the lawsuit to be "brazen and outrageous fraud," as they recommended the federal court to immediately discharge the case on Thursday. This new lawsuit is filed be a resident of New York, Paul Ceglia, who claims to own a huge stake in the company. The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court in Buffalo, New York, which Mark Zuckerberg claimed to be totally based on sheer "doctored contract and fabricated evidence." Moreover, it was also asserted that Ceglia is "an inveterate scam artist whose misconduct extends across decades and borders."
Ceglia is from Wellsville, New York, and claims that he had signed a contract with Mark Zuckerberg in 2003, for having a fair 50% share of Zuckerberg's interest, which is now Facebook. Facebook is currently held privately, though many analysts have predicted that if the company goes public, it could gather more than $70 billion for what it’s worth. According to the stats of Forbes magazine published in March, Zuckerberg individually has a total net worth at $13.5 billion. Initially the first lawsuit filed by Ceglia in July last year, stated his allegation of being contracted with Zuckerberg for being the owner of 84% stake in Facebook. Whereas, the lawsuit was amended recently and now the complaint reads Ceglia to be calling himself a 50% stake holder and stats that he can also provide evidence, which he states to be emails between himself and Zuckerberg.

It has been revealed that celebrity co-founder and C.E.O. of world’s largest social network Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, has made plan to have another trip to China soon. This will be his second visit to China, as Facebook remains firm in its pursuit of bringing the social networking website online in the country. On his previous visit, which took place in December, Zuckerberg spent time with many of the leaders and chief officers of local Chinese Internet companies including Baidu Inc, Sina Corp and Alibaba Corp.
Chief Operating Officer of Facebook Inc., Sheryl Sandberg, spoke about the matter while she was at the Reuters Global Technology Summit  stating that "Our company mission is really clear, which is we want to connect the whole world." She went on saying that "And it's impossible to think about connecting the whole world right now without also connecting China."
China is undisputedly one of the world's largest Internet market because of its high population, which can be made into potential users. This has been a great attraction for Facebook Inc., which remains blocked in the country along with plenty other websites based in west. The Chinese government has tremendously tight control and censorship on the online information revealed within the country.

A non-celebrity resident of Indianapolis, who happens to be an attorney rather than the founder Facebook though still sharing the same name, is living with the consequences of his name, being without any Facebook account. Yes, the attorney Mark S. Zuckerberg’s Facebook profile was lifted from by social media company soon after he joined the network. He said he has is surprised to see the allegations from his friends, who claimed that he has de-friended them on Facebook, where the truth of the matter is that social media giant actually de-friended him. His Facebook account was removed, considered a fake account impersonating the founder of Facebook, named Mark Zuckerberg too.
Zuckerberg explained that he received an email from the Facebook officials, which asserted that his account was being removed because it was found having ‘false identity’. He seemed stunned to take it, that such large company like Facebook has not yet figured out how to accommodate several users with the same name, after all, he exclaimed, I wonder if the same treatment was given to me if I shared a name with someone else on Facebook. The lawyer claims to have done every possible thing in his series of attempts in convincing the Facebook heads regarding his identity. He said in an official statement that “He was originally denied an account with Facebook two years ago because of my name, and I had to send them copies of my driver’s license, birth certificate, and Indianapolis Bar Association license just to get them to believe that I exist and to allow me to set up my page.”
