A new website providing shady services, dubbed as Hacker's List, has vowed to provide professional hackers at discretion of internet users. The site aims to sell the sinister services like breaking in to an ex's email address to taking out an enemy's website. It allows users to anonymously hire “professional” hackers in order to perform hacks ranging from hacking into Facebook and e-mail accounts to changing academic grades.

The description on the website states that “hiring a hacker shouldn't be a difficult process, we believe that finding a trustworthy professional hacker for hire should be a worry free and painless experience. At Hacker's List we want to provide you with the best opportunity to find your ideal hacker and for professional hackers around the world to find you. Our hacker-for-hire review process makes it so that only the best hackers for hire are allowed to offer their services and expertise,"

Ironically, the site registered in New Zealand strictly prohibits its users to "use the service for any illegal purposes" and has emphasized on that in its terms and conditions section. However, the site was filled with requests that many would count as illegal activities. Among the services offered or requested on the website were android game hacks, iPhone hacks, Facebook account hacks, etc.

Regardless of how authentic or successful the site is, Hacker's List essentially boasts on its ability to keep anonymity of the pairing. In addition to that, the website also aims to prevent scamming aspect of a hire-a-hacker site by keeping the funds for a particular job escrow until the job is completed. The site description says that it "encourages hackers to have the highest level of service to maximize their earning potential.”
