Microsoft Pushes Exclusive Bing iPad Search App


A software giant like Microsoft has now also launched its own app’s for Apple’s new tablet, which is catching on like fire. The search app titled as ‘Bing for iPad,’ is also expecting that Apple users may perhaps get over the addiction of market-dominating Google for mobile searches and take over the iPad users before Google.
Bing for iPad is downloadable app, which is totally free and promises optimized searching, enhancement for the touch screen experience of the iPad. According to Mr. Greengart, whose a reputed analyst, he says "You'd have to deny reality if you didn't consider (Apple's)iOS an addressable platform. Microsoft clearly doesn't want Google to get all the search revenues off of Apple's tablet success. Microsoft would like earn some of that revenue through Bing."

HP: Former executive boosted secrets then bolted


Hewlett-Packard Co. has just filed a lawsuit against its own former executive and HP has alleged that their own former employee has purposefully accumulated sensitive secrets of the company before quitting and has intentionally continued working for its rival company, Oracle Corp.
The former executive employee, Adrian Jones, was previously the V.P. of HP in Asia. The rivalry ship between the two Silicon Valley tycoons, HP and Oracle has come after a long history of partnerships and working together, after which the growing competition between the companies affected the relationship inevitably. Hence now, HP has put this allegation on Jones that he purposefully resigned on the 16th of February, 2011.

Facebook Beginning to Try Its Luck in Computer Hardware Industry


Facebook, after mastering the best rank of social network ever, now is taking a step ahead in to computer hardware. Having done successfully revolutionizing social networking after its arrival, Facebook is now collaborating with biggest name in hardware development, like Hewlett Packard Co, Dell Inc, Advanced Micro Devices, and Intel Corp, in order to launch its new "open compute project."
According to the celebrity C.E.O of Facebook Inc., Mark Zuckerberg, this project is targeted to offer exclusive specifications which will produce computers which use less power for the same performance. He claimed that these machines will be purposely engineered for running Internet services; he spoke publically at Facebook's Palo Alto, California headquarters on Thursday, saying that "What we found over time is that a lot of the stuff that the mass manufacturers put out wasn't exactly in line with what we needed and what other social apps needed.”

Blinkx Announces To Acquire Burst Media and Hopes to Beef Up Its Online TV Channels Audience


Blinkx, the video search engine has announced a new acquisition of the ad company, Burst Media. According to the news this deal has been closed for $30million and is intended to help build personalized online TV channels for Blinkx as it hopes to take over the hugely appealing advertisers.
Blinkx also hopes that this deal would be advantageous as it will also gain the audience of Burst, which happens to expand over 130 million users. The announcement went on including the trading update prediction which looks forward to a sharp rise in the full-year revenue of over $65 million, which will be like 90% more than the last year. Blinkx already expects for an operating profit after the current analyst consensus to be estimated around $6.7 million for the year ended of March 31.
