#EntertainmentNews: Court Refuses To Indulge In the Eminem Royalty Suit Case

The Supreme Court of America has denied any indulges with the fight going on regarding the selling rights of Eminem's song, as his former production company and Universal Music Group quarrel over the rights and share of the profits of the download this of the rapper's songs and ringtones. The High Court also made an official refusal on this Monday upon the hearing of an appeal filed by the Universal Music Group.
As stated by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the F.B.T. Productions LLC's contract gives the download rights of the songs and ringtones of Eminem to the company and his producers at a half-split ration with Universal Music Group. Contract states that the media recordings will then be allowed to be licensed at other digital distributor’s destinations, such as Apple Inc.'s iTunes.

However, the record label company only F.B.T. and Eminem just the 12% of the total sales for the physical album sales, as mentioned and agreed in the legal contract.
