According to the Kerry Taylor Auctioneers, among all the other variety of stuff held up for actions include a scarlet chiffon nightdress, complete with a full length cape, and a 1960s Louis Vuitton vanity case as well. All these valuables are worth several times their actual amount since their attachment with the great story of Simpson, a simple lady for whom King Edward VIII was abdicated in 1938.
The audience is expecting the next week's auction sale to be hugely lucrative, keeping in mind the standard and level of the previous auctions held of the possessions of Simpson. Just examples are her jewels which were auctions just couple months back for a complete 8 million pounds ($13 million) at an auction by Sotheby's.
