DMX is yet again headed towards another jail-time, now for a year. This morning of Thursday, December 16th, the rapper actually named Earl Simmons confessed being guilty in a courtroom at Phoenix being in violation of his felony probation. He was arrested on November 18 for not checking in with his probation officer as he was suppose, moreover he failed to submit to drug testing and refused to undergo the treatment.Judge Mulleneaux was not entirely sympathetic to situation of DMX and his request for leniency; as she stated that DMX was tested positive for cocaine five times during his probation. She added that according to her, perhaps, he might still be suffering from an undiagnosed mental condition that needs to be take care of; hence she declared that he should continue on his path of substance abuse until he acquires that.
As stated by The Associated Press, Phoenix station KSAZ-TV have declared that DMX himself told them that has had been kicked out of the drug treatment program because he had a drink at a Scottsdale club during a performance.
