San Francisco Calls For a General Voting To Decide On the Twitter Tax Break Deal


General census of the city lawmakers has been planned as all the officials vote on Tuesday whether or not to allow the tax break for keeping Twitter in San Francisco. Twitter has strategically asked for this tax break in as an incentive in exchanged for them to not to flee from such ruined neighborhood. The matter has drop down to just one questions what whether or not will the Board of Supervisors exempt such profitable microblogging company from paying the city's payroll tax on new hires.

So far the city officials are supporting such plans, as they refer to this deal as an opportunity and to Twitter as the "big fish" which will perhaps incite the economic revival within the city.

LinkedIn Edges Out Want Ads As Job Search Tool for Millennials


LinkedIn is succeeding on its mission to finish the conventional newspaper ads as a reliable job hunting criteria and setting up its own trend. A survey was conducted which calculated the onion of millennials who are in their last year and will soon graduate from college. It stated that 28% of these millennials intend to begin looking for a reliable job via the LinkedIn network.
This survey was conducted by ‘I Love Rewards and Experience Inc.,’ who also published a report afterwards clearly indicating towards the trend change which has taken place. It showed that last year only 7% were hoping to get a job via LinkedIn network. On the other hand, this evaluation was further satisfied by the proportion millennials who actually looked through newspaper and are hopeful to find a job from there. This was a decline from last year’s 34% to 28% this time.

Judge Inverts a Previous Decision of a Patent Suit worth $625.5Million against Apple


A federal judge has now inverted the decision, previously taken by the federal jury which found Apple Inc. responsible the violation of several patents held by another company and asked it to pay up $625.5 million in damages. This decision was taken by the U.S. District Judge, Leonard Davis in Tyler, Texas, as the announcement came publicly on Monday as the court filing was completed. This dismissal is undoubtedly one of the largest patent infringement verdicts ever in conflict.

In the ruling, the judge informed the company, Mirror Worlds LLC that "Mirror Worlds may have painted an appealing picture for the jury, but failed to lay a solid foundation sufficient to support important elements it was required to establish under the law." Previously back in October, a federal jury in Tyler had declared that Apple is actually guilty of infringement specifically on the three patents very rightfully granted to Mirror Worlds.

Jack Dorsey, Twitter Co-Founder Who Stepped Down in 2008, Returns As the Company Acquires New Headquarters Building


Twitter co-founder, Jack Dorsey, who has previously once held the office as the C.E.O of the company after being one of the founding members has returned to the company as their permanent lead product development officer. He had to unfortunately sign off from the company, as he gave up his post as the chief executive back in 2008. He is now taking the place of the colleague and co-founder Evan Williams.

This time Evan Williams has called back his daily association with Twitter, though he will still keep on the board and contribute what he can. This critical declaration was tweeted by another chief executive of the company, Dick Costolo. His sentiments in the tweet implied that he was very "excited" of the replacement taking place on the elite administration of the company.
