#EntertainmentNews: International Release of iPad 2 Results in Lines outside Stores While Apple Initiates Online Preorders

People lining up outside iStores

The newest iPad 2 goes on sale internationally on Friday at 5 p.m. precisely in twenty five different countries across the globe. It has also happened in the U.S. before, those who feel proud in having their hands on this new ground breading touch screen tablet of Apple earlier than others, will have to stay out the retail store one day before the first day of sales.
Hence fans of iPad 2 are already beginning to form lines across outside the retail stores across the globe. According to AppleInside, such lines are already appearing outside the main stores of Australia, Germany, the U.K. and few others as well. Online preorders of the device are also undergoing as the local timings of most countries come down to 1 a.m. of the big Friday. The time of shipping and deliver of an iPad 2 preorder has also been trimmed from the limit of ‘four to five weeks’ estimation to the estimation of ‘two to three weeks.’

The demand of this extraordinary device has been overwhelming for Apple as they have already released it in the U.S., they were not able to retain their stocks and the device was out in several stores around the country. Hence suspicions are being placed that there might be a similar pattern and stockouts of the device will probably take place around the world now, due the extra ordinary demand of the device.
