#EntertainmentNews: Heather Locklear Gets a Lead Role at a New CBS’s Sitcom, ‘The Assistants’

The ex-star of Melrose Place, Heather Locklear is now going to do the character of a renowned actress as she ends up in a lead role at an upcoming sitcom of CBS called, The Assistants. Her character’s name is supposed to be ‘Ali,’ who will be a huge actress who’s emotionally insecure.
Moreover, the plot reveals that celebrity, Ali and her husband will be in desperate need of several assistants, which are planned to be Mike (David Henrie), TJ Miller, Emily Rutherford and Lamorne Morris. Tucker Cawley, who is the same writer who wrote ‘Parks and Recreation and Everybody Loves Raymond’, is the writer of the project along with Eric and Kim Tannenbaum as the executive-producers. Director of the project is Pam Fryman.

The previous sitcom that Locklear tried her luck was Spin City. Whereas she has also made a very recent appearance in the movie titled, ‘He Loves Me.’
