The son of a famous songwriter is scheduled to appear in court to defend against the charges and allegation of a murder of his swimsuit designer cum girlfriend, that also in a classy New York City hotel. Nicholas Brooks, son of songwriter Joseph Brooks has a court date ahead on Tuesday in Manhattan.
Nicholas, 25, has immediately pleaded to be not guilty after the allegations staged on him last December, for the death of Sylvie Cachay, 33. Her dead body was later revealed in a bathtub of Soho House club and hotel. Both of them were apparently been dating since a short while though their relationship was yet undecided.
Brooks claims that he had left the room while Cachay was safeky sleeping in her bed and according to his lawyer, his predictions state that perhaps she died of strangulation and drowning.
