According to the British media reports as of this Friday, the famous British musician, Jet Harris, 71, who is better known as the once member of The Shadows as their bass guitar. Terence Harris, which is his real nam, first met Richard in 1958, and he was perhaps the one to coin the name of the band as ‘The Shadows.’
Along with The Shadows, Harris rocked on for the 1950s and early 1960s with innumerable chart crashing hits. Then after quitting the band, Harris coupled with another previous band member of The Shadows and along with Tony Meehan he once again ruled the charts in 1963.
Later after a sever car accident, the artist started fading from the limelight. In reflection to his downslide as a musician, Harris started professional photography. He now passed away after a two-year long battle with cancer.
