More and more bad news keeps coming in for the "You Light Up My Life" songwriter, who is now accused of sexually assaulting 13 women who were visiting his New York City apartment for made-up acting auditions according to the allegations.Prosecutors have claimed to ask for proper testimony from a minimum of 12 more women who have made the claim of being sexually assaulted by Joseph Brooks this Friday. On the other hand Brooks has pleaded not guilty to sexual assault or any further charges.
According to his lawyer, they believe that other women will only be able to proof that Brooks had invited them for auditions though, will never be able to testify and proof of what happened. The trial date of the case has not yet been finalized.
