#EntertainmentNews: Disney Boycotts the ANNIES While DreamWorks Production Dominates the Ceremony

The movie "How to Train Your Dragon" has made its way to a nomination at the Annie Awards for the category of animation. The rivals of DreamWorks production, Disney have boycotted this ceremony since the time DreamWorks production won a total of 10 trophies in one ceremony.

ANNIES: International Animated Film Society awards are mostly seen as a green signal for the nomination of that particular film at the category of animated-feature at the Academy Awards. However, in this particular case, "Toy Story 3" of Disney's Pixar Animation has continually kept its place in the heart of people as their favorite animated movie for the Oscars.
"Toy Story 3" has also been nominated for the same category of animated-feature at the Annies, where also lies Disney's "Tangled." Though this time the studio has made a smart decision to overlook these awards and not to imply any kind of aggression towards these awards in case of another dispute arises over voting procedures yet again.
