#EntertainmentNews: Roger Ebert Will Show His Facial Prosthesis in an Upcoming New Show

Roger Ebert, who recently had a successful facial prosthesis, is going to show his new face for the firs time in his new public television show which will be based on film criticism. Ebert, who is a veteran critic, was left blemished after several ineffective surgeries for a cancerous growth which was located in his salivary gland.

He communicated this news through his blog, in which he made the announcement stating that "Ebert Presents at the Movies" in a prosthesis for his lower face and neck. As the previous operations had left him incapable of talking, Ebert used a voice in his laptop for communication. Ebert, who is now 68 of age, says that the prosthesis "will be a pleasant reminder of the person I was for 64 years."
The show will premiere its first episode on this Friday along with a co-hosts Christy Lemire of The Associated Press and Ignatiy (ig-NAUGHT'-ee) Vishnevetsky (vish-nuh-VET'-skee) of Mubi.com. The show is already being recorded at the venue where once Ebert and late Gene Siskel used for the making of their iconic "Sneak Previews" show starting 35 years ago.
