#EntertainmentNews: UK Box Office Leaded By "Gulliver's Travels" To Be At the First Place

Yet another 3D updated version of the good old 18th century satire on human nature "Gulliver's Travels" have put the entire British box office to a huge surprise launch to the year, though it was not the same for America but still, the antique story that one writer Lemuel Gulliver who tries to go to Bermuda but somehow reaches the world of little people of Lilliput, have been lucky for this new year.

On its opening this weekend, Screen International mentioned on this Wednesday, that this movie has done business of more than 7.02 million pounds ($10.9 million). It was later discovered to be even more than the double of previous opening of last week’s film “Little Fockers” now obviously resting on the second place at the chart.
While other standings of the chart include "Love and Other Drugs," starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway debuting at the third place. Followed by "The Way Back" was contouring at the fourth spot.
"The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" had to rest down three places to stay at the fifth, just managing to stay above the "Tron Legacy" which is down to the sixth place.
While the Blockbuster movie "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1" also slips a huge three places leap to the seventh spot also putting down the "Megamind," to follow the fifth spot. Whereas the ninth place is still carried by the star casting of Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp "The Tourist," and animated 3D movie "Animals United" was also down two, at 10.
