Jaime Pressly, the star of the TV Show "My Name is Earl,” has been taken under custody from Santa Monica on the charge for supposedly drinking while driving, the arrest has been already made while the authorities investigate whether how much under the alcohol she was. According to the Lt. Darrell Lowe, the actress had stopped for a general traffic violation sometime near 11 p.m. on Wednesday evening when the suspicion of DUI and drug possession led to the discovery. Though he has just made this public statement and is not answering anymore further queries.
It has been made clear that there was no traffic accident involved in the event but surprisingly it has not yet been disclosed whether how much alcohol was present in Pressly's blood, as her blood-alcohal level is not released at all.
Los Angeles County sheriff's website states that the actress-model Jaime Pressly. 33 might have to spend the night in jail before she is released on the following Thursday morning after she had submitted almost around $15,000 bail.
