According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation the person who was found showing off to have hacked into Miley Cyrus' personal e-mail account and publishing private pictures and invading her privacy has been has been taken under arrest by the authorities on unrelated charges.
The documents at the Federal Court report that Josh Holly, 21, had been arrested this Thursday’s morning in Nashville for the charges of possessing unauthorized credit card account numbers. FBI agents had him seized and searched his computer in minute details to find enough prove for charging him and taking him into custody.

The official statement of FBI states that Holly has confessed illegally hacking into Cyrus' MySpace account. He had also already boasted about it not only online at the social networking websites but also to the press media about obtaining photos of Cyrus from her Gmail account. So far, as yet he is not actually facing any current charges relating him directly to Cyrus so Holly was released this Monday.
