New SAP StreamWork Announced to Be Integrating Several Software’s in Multiple Collaboration


In order to get a lead from its chief competitor, Salesforce.com, SAP has announced that it will be releasing its latest StreamWork very soon. The announcement said that the cloud-based system would be a collaborating several applications all different variety of SAP business software’s together at one platform with sophisticated integration. Putting in a better, it could be said that SAP is attempting to bring together the employees, teams and entire organizations together at one platform so that they can solve greater problems with easier methods along with brainstorming everyone on board and finalizing their discussions and giving orders, all with the help of its business applications. These applications would work together on the same information which they are fed with on an everyday use, without even having to switch to some other disconnected collaboration solution or the problematic use of intense e-mal sending and receiving to get the projects running.

The director of marketing at SAP Business Objects, Holly Simmons addressed the media saying that "We are trying to solve a much bigger problem for companies than what a lot of the existing solutions in the market are doing." Further she went on declaring that "Our customers have complex landscapes and are running many different types of applications. We are trying to address bringing social within the company and allowing them to work across all of the different software they are using internally."

Simmons claimed that this new integration will give the ability to expand the StreamWork's capacity and make it more available for all types of users; employees, clients, partners and suppliers. All of which can make use of a secure social collaboration.
It was announced that the enterprise edition of StreamWork will be integrated to work with several SAP applications, including the SAP Customer Relationship Management application for social CRM. This collaboration will make the sales managers even more authoritative to monitor the sales more quickly, giving the opportunity to the Sales teams to interact directly with customers. StreamWork will also further integrate the SAP's Strategy Management application, while the firm keeps on working out a way to attach the Business Intelligence platform too. This will give the customers even better ability of having their say throughout the organization.
Simmons shared with the media, that "With some solutions, companies wind up with these little islands of collaboration and they don't want to use the products because they don't want to leave what they are doing and go sign in to a collaboration application and work in a very general way." It was further added that "We are delivering all of the security and integration capabilities necessary to bridge the gap across applications."
