Antonio L.A. Reid, the music producer worth Grammy’s has been announced to be starring as the host judge of the upcoming TV Show of Simon Cowell "The X Factor." It has been assumed that Reid will be giving up his post as the chairman of Island Def Jam Music Group according to his decision of accompanying Cowell in the judge’s panel of Fox's new singing contest set to debut this fall.

The official statement passed by Fox this Friday stated that Cowell has had considered Reid to be his very first preference. Whereas, though yet not publically disclosed, but it is widely assumed that Cowell’s dream team of judges panel is now set to include Paula Abdul and Cheryl Cole. There will be only four judges at the panel.

"The X Factor" will be another talent hunt looking for all, either solo singers or vocal groups, above the age of 11.  The auditions of the show are scheduled to begin on the 27^th of March from Los Angeles.
