Associated Press reports that Police officers have discovered the dead body of Mike Starr in a home which was located in the city center of Salt Lake City. Starr was part of the original band as the band first started. Alice in Chains was in extreme limelight for the early 1990s, though he left the band in 1993.
Later upon inquiry the Police Sgt. Shawn Josephson reported that they reacted in response to a phone call made on Tuesday afternoon. He then claimed that there is no evidence or even theory which could indicate the cause or circumstances of the death yet. They did not even know, at the point, whether who owns that home or who made the phone call to call in emergency.
Josephson also informed the media that Salt Lake City police has also previously once arrested Starr just this last month for the suspicion of carrying unexplained medications without any prescription.
