The prosecutors in California have pressed charges on, Jaime Pressly, 33, the lead actor of the famous TV show “My Name is Ear” for offensive driving while being drunk.
Her arrest was made on the 5th of January by the Santa Monica. It has been stated that she was first intercepted by the traffic police for a general traffic violation and was later even released on a $15,000 bail.
According to the Deputy City Attorney, Melanie Skehar, Pressly was legally alleged against the offence on Tuesday morning for the offense of driving while having a higher blood alcohol content of .20 indicated that she was drunk.
