#EntertainmentNews: Judges Allow the Use of Twitter in A Conn. Home Invasion Trial

Using Twitter through mobile

A judge has just decided to reject the request filed by a Connecticut man who asked to court which is in between the hunt of a deadly home invasion. The request was made to ban the use of Twitter of a suspected man in the case during the trial.

The judge Jon Blue, of the New Haven Superior Court completely denied the motion which was presented on this Tuesday by the attorneys for the suspect named Joshua Komisarjevsky. Komisarjevsky and Steven Hayes are accused of breaking in and murdering the victim Jennifer Hawke-Petit along with her two daughters, back in their home in 2007 home invasion. Hayes has been sentenced to death last year.
Komisarjevsky's attorneys have made the claim that during the previous trial of Hayes, sudden tweets by the reporters and spectators were made which literally signaled the jury what all the evidence observers were thinking to be much more significant. Jury selection for Komisarjevsky's trial starts March 14.
