Two Teens Accused of Facebook Bullying Their Classmate Face Felony Charges as per Florida’s Law


A couple of teenage girls have been charged according to the law of Florida, this legislation which is aimed to protect from cyber-bullying was the reason why authorities took action. According to the policemen reporting the case, the offending party, and two high school girls, had made an online Facebook account which was faked and imprisoning another classmate's name. Using this account the offenders published some private and also faked nude photograph of the innocent abused classmen.

These both school students, 15 and 16, were charged this Wednesday after their doings were investigation on a very detailed level considering the two Facebook accounts which were created in April. Both of these students will be facing felony charge of provoked stalking another person. This law was implied under a 2008 amendment which was passed after a student committed suicide blamed and claimed the reason of her suicide to be cyber bullying.
Authorities claim that the victim in this case was consistently mocked and had to go through unnecessary torment by her classmates after these Facebook pages were made online for active public. These teens have been ordered by the court to serve 21 days of home confinement and will be arraigned on the charges Feb. 8.
