#EntertainmentNews: Will Ferrell Hired As the New Temporary Star of NBC's 'The Office'

The replacement in order

After the departure of Steve Carell from the show of NBC, "The Office" producers have now relied on Will Ferrell to increase the show's PR and ratings during this season's home stretch. Ferrell is collaborating with the previous "Anchorman" and co-star in a four-episode arc in the end of this season. He is known to be playing the character of a branch manager arriving from the home office and proves to be just as unworthy as Michael Scott.

The executive producer of the show, Paul Lieberstein burst out while saying that "We found Steve Carell when he was nothing but a movie star and we turned him into a television star." The than claimed ambitiously that "We are proud to continue the tradition of ‘The Office’ discovering famous talent, and we hope that once America gets a good look at Will, they'll see what we see: tremendous raw sexuality."
It has been schedule that the collaboration of Carell and Ferrell will continue for almost around three episodes after which Ferrell has also plans to complete one episode with the actual crew of "Office" solo after Carell decides part his ways.
