Greg Daniels, the executive producer for comedies of NBC has made a huge announcement recently. He has declared that Steve Carell, the famous actor of “The Office” will leave the show before its season-ends. He said that within some episode of May he will leave the show and afterwards the few final episodes of the season will focus on the trouble caused trying to replace him at the Scranton branch of the mythical Dunder Mifflin paper company.
Even before this announcement Carell had previously spoken a few times regarding his wish to quit and rather give more devotion to his movie career though NBC never confirmed about these rumors until just now.
This Friday, was the time when an official statement from NBC declared that Carell will be quitting the show when exactly four episodes will be left in the season finale. This makes us believe that maybe his farewell episode might most likely come even earlier sometime in April.
