Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu is the newly famous Mexican film director who is now representing the Mexican Film industry in the international community by his Oscar Nomination says that he is extremely pleased to see his nomination for the film, "Biutiful," along with the lead actor Javier Bardem, he added. He referred to this incident as”recognition for me and all my collaborators."

Gonzalez Inarritu was talking with the media on this Tuesday after the nomination for "Biutiful" as the best foreign film and Bardem for best actor was made, whereas he also later paid his regards to the Mexican film academy for choosing his work to represent the country. Some other countries whose films were nominated in the same category of best foreign film include the names of Greece, Algeria, Canada and Denmark was also nominated.
This nomination is the eighth time that any Mexican film has been recognized for the nomination of Oscar Award; however, none of these nominations ever won any prize at the actual ceremony. It is not the first time for Gonzalez Inarritu either; he was previously nominated for "Amores Perros" in 2000 as well. So if this good luck of the Mexican film maker continues at the ceremony on the 27th of Feb, he will be the first one to win any actual prize.
