#EntertainmentNews: The Doctor of Anna Nicole Smith Gets Subpoenaed By the Medical Board

The key doctor involved in the drug subscription case of high-status late celebrity star Anna Nicole Smith has been subpoenaed for a separate investigation according to his attorney, who made this announcement public on this Friday.
The representative of Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, Ellyn Garafalo reacting to the announcement said that "It's outrageous,” and declared that "This shows that this is a vendetta."

Garafalo made her predication that probably board is now investigating cases which are not involved with the Smith case. Garafalo declared that he had learned the lesson that official costs of just the prosecution are somewhere around $4 million, of which each defendant spends around to $1 million only on their defenses which makes their reputations on stake, to be hugely spoiled.
Whereas on the other hand any spokesman on behalf of the medical board is not contactable or responding to any queries presented via to e-mail from The Associated Press.
According to Kapoor’s prospective he just arrived at the hearing in support of the others, he claimed further stating that it was just to experience closure of the case.  He made it clear that if such incident keep happening than quit a few doctors and lawyers would fallout the trial’s and would discourage doctors from taking celebrity cases, he said on this Friday.
