It has been officially disclosed by the Phoenix hospital that rock star Bret Michaels is now healthy and has been released from the hospital after a successful heart procedure. St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center made the announcement on Wednesday stating that Michaels has been discharged from the hospital.
His concerned doctor, Dr. Mansour Assar, has given his reports on the procedure as he explains that he actually fixed a hole in the heart of the celebrity which was a complete success. The doctor claims that the singer will most probably resuming all his normal activities within less than few weeks.
The discovery of the hole in Michael's heart was made back in April when he was being treated by some other doctor for a brain hemorrhage. Hence this Monday, surgeons inserted a catheter into his vein which than led to the groin with a closure device attached. Doctors have said that this is the best possible procedure in which the closure device will be kept in Michaels' heart eternally and keep functioning to stop any abnormal blood flow between the two chambers of the celebrity’s heart.
