#EntertainmentNews: Van Vliet, well known as Captain Beefheart dies at the age of 69

The Musician-cum-artist Don Van Vliet, who performed quite exceptionally at complex brand of experimental rock by the name of ‘Captain Beefheart,’ passed away this Friday, while he was still 69. The Gallery in New York sent the confirmation of his death in California and stated the reasons involving his complicated stemming from multiple sclerosis. The gallery exhibits his paintings.
Van Vliet’s highlight of successful career was his album "Trout Mask Replica," released in 1969 by Captain Beefheart and His Magic Band. Rolling Stone magazine has lately awarded "Trout Mask Replica" the 58th number on its list of the 500 greatest albums of all time. The artists profile created at Rolling Stone in 1970 reads "Record producers have always been certain that Don Vliet was just a hype away from the big money."
Later in the 1980s, Van Vliet has deviated himself completely and taken refuge of arts. As he painted an all kinds whether raw or expressionistic style to express work, though he afterwards he pulled them out of any public display.
