Prosecutors in Indiana have recently charged a felony case of domestic battery and child neglecting charges on the popular star of the popular reality show of MTV called "Teen Mom." Amber Portwood was perused by police as they first started the investigation of the 20 year old star when she was shown as slapping, choking and kicking the father of her daughter, around 24 years of age, in an episode aired somewhere around in September.

Portwood has recently been taken under arrest this Monday and positioned in a jailed for hold at least until a minimum time of 24-hour, which means not less than Tuesday afternoon. Meanwhile the relevant Detective named Mitch Carroll announced while informing The Herald Bulletin about the child neglect charges. She explained that they are rooted from Portwood's found filming in two or instances of domestic violence while in the severe presence of her daughter, which was at the time only a year old.
Speaking on the behalf of Indiana Department, Anne Houseworth, announced regarding Child Services informing that more than quit a few viewers had themselves personally called the institution’s child abuse hotline and not only addressed Portwood's outbursts in those scene but were expecting such action to take place.
