Kate Middleton, the newly engaged fiancée of Price Williams made her first social appearance since her engagement this Saturday. She was much-admired for her duty to help put out all cancer sufferers at ease. 28 years old Middleton, being just engaged recently, was already in everyone’s center of attraction as she met and comforted seven young patients at the center which along with Prince William during the break time of the charity Christmas fundraising concert in Norfolk, England.
Little Melton, Norfolk Rosie’s Van Raalte who is only 16 was the first patient that the couple went to inquire about, later she explained that "They took a genuine interest in what I'd been through and the operation I had.” She added that "The conversation flowed really well, and they made me feel relaxed, as I was really nervous before I saw them. Once I started talking, I relaxed and even forgot that I was talking to a Prince!"
A patient among of them was 22-years-old Adam Brown, from Roughton, Norwich who admired both the personalities as he said, "The Prince asked me what age I was when I was first diagnosed and what my ongoing treatment is like. They were both very pleasant and nice to talk to."
Over-all the actual concert contributed a lot due to their presence and ended up collecting almost around $54,000 only for the local campaign of Teenage Cancer Trust which was for building the first specialist cancer unit for young people of age between 13 to maximum 24 at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge.
