[#EntertainmentNews] DMX Under-Arrest Again, This Time on Probation Violation in Arizona

39 Years old Earl Simmons, widely known by his stage name DMX, as an uneasy rapper, was arrested Thursday on of violating his probation, as reported by the Maricopa County sheriff's office. This made his recovery back to the jail in Arizona, this is not the first time the rapper has to spend time behind the bars. He was first allegedly using drugs, specifically some cocaine and OxyContin, without any prescription, CNN television links KTVK reported.
Originally Simmons, buzzed by the name of DMX when he was first introduced in the rap scene in the late 1990s becoming a hit, in those days, with songs like "Party Up" and "Get At Me Dog." At that time, success was his slave, as his first five albums, in a row, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard charts making him undisputed head of the music industry in the era. Later he extended his career with acting as well, working interesting characters in several noticeable movies such as "Belly."

But unfortunately since past few years, Simmons has faced various allegations with the law and it hasn’t turned out good for him. Even before this arrest, Maricopa County authorities claim that he wasn’t arrested once, but five times on separate occasion’s right after August 2007. Among the popular arrests included the May 2008 arrest on the charges of drug possession and animal cruelty, the incident took place, according to the sheriff’s deputies, when Simmons, or DMX, tried to cordon him inside his own Cave Creek home.
This is not the first time that Simmons also ran into trouble while being in prison, he has also been placed on "lockdown status" and even enforced to eat only bread and water for "jailhouse infractions." In frustration, according to the sheriff's office in around February 2009, he once already threw a food tray in anger at a corrections officer in. His next scheduled court date is Wednesday, as stated on the website of Maricopa County superior court.
