Just last week LiveChat made an announcement declaring the launch of its two new features; Intelligent Triggers, which will be a real-time software and Conversion Meter, a web analytics tool for e-commerce sales and support teams.
Intelligent Triggers, is a whole new system of LiveChat which will recognize all the best prospects for visiting a web site considering the detailed data gathered from purchasing decisions of the 65 million buyers. It will automatically send an interactive chat invitation with carefully tailored custom messages. These Triggers might also be sent to respective users after the study of their keywords referring to the Web site. These chat custom messages will contain very direct, precise and useful information regarding any combination of conditions which might be required for the user to achieve in order to resolve the problem faced by the specific sets of customers. LiveChat invitations will also be made customizable for every website.
"It's no longer about waiting for a Web site visitor to click on a chat button. E-commerce sites and brands can now initiate the conversation with their potential customers. For example, if a Web shopper experiences an error on the checkout page or is browsing for more than three minutes, triggers can be set to instantly launch shopper again. The end result is expanding sales by reaching visitors who are hesitating or encountering an error and might otherwise abandon a shopping cart at a critical purchasing point," told the C.E.O. of LiveChat, Mariusz Cieply.

It has been revealed that celebrity co-founder and C.E.O. of world’s largest social network Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, has made plan to have another trip to China soon. This will be his second visit to China, as Facebook remains firm in its pursuit of bringing the social networking website online in the country. On his previous visit, which took place in December, Zuckerberg spent time with many of the leaders and chief officers of local Chinese Internet companies including Baidu Inc, Sina Corp and Alibaba Corp.
Chief Operating Officer of Facebook Inc., Sheryl Sandberg, spoke about the matter while she was at the Reuters Global Technology Summit  stating that "Our company mission is really clear, which is we want to connect the whole world." She went on saying that "And it's impossible to think about connecting the whole world right now without also connecting China."

This has been a great attraction for Facebook Inc., which remains blocked in the country along with plenty other websites based in west. The Chinese government has tremendously tight control and censorship on the online information revealed within the country.

Microsoft, along with other small-scale software vendors, still has plenty of chances to make their way into the rapidly-growing smartphone market. According to the result of a research conducted by Canalys, Google's Android platform is the leader of all mobile operating systems in the market, as Google and Apple both have a hold of more than half of the market. Despite being largely dominated by Google and Apple, the smaller companies have the support from many manufacturers, operators and consumers.
Talking about the both leaders of the market, Apple and Google, the co-founder of Index Ventures, Neil Rimer said that "Those are the two horses that are out in front today." He agreed that a considerable amount of Android phones and iPhones are being sold today and due to the well-developed applications available on both platforms, it is a very tough job for the competitors to make a mark in the market. "The barriers for others than Microsoft have increased," told Magnus Jern, C.E.O. of Golden Gekko, a mobile software house. He added that "A lot of people in Germany, Scandinavia see Apple and Android as the only platforms."
However, Jern and plenty other industry executives are of the same opinion that platforms like Windows Phone, webOS, bada and MeeGo; despite having fallen far behind in the race from Android and Apple, shall not be considered out of the game. They pointed out that almost all the owners of these smaller companies have a lot of investment to make.

Unparalleled success of Apple Inc., and its products, is one of the major reasons behind the plans of Intel Corp's new processors, revealed Tom Kilroy, the senior VP of Intel Corp. He was at the Reuters Global Technology Summit in New York on Wednesday when he stated that the record breaking sales of iPad and other Apple products has lead to give Intel the opportunity to design better processer for future devices. Kilroy said "We work very closely with them and we're constantly looking down the road at what we can be doing relative to future products. I'd go as far as to say Apple helps shape our roadmap." He also confessed that large sales put pressure on the company; he said "Apple -- they push us hard."
Steve Jobs while introducing the iPad in San F...Image via WikipediaAlmost 80 percent of the chips powering all the world's personal computers are of Intel Corp., but despite its lead in the computing market it has still not managed to gain as much success in the mobile market. The market of mobile phone chip making is mostly dominated by the manufacturers which value energy efficient processors, while Intel is very infamous in that regard.
In Apple’s MacBook PCs, which is like a role model product for other computer manufacturers, Apple uses the powerful Intel chips. Kilroy seemed very confident when he condemned the predictions that ARM processors, their rival, can topple over their lead as the world's top chipmaker. He said "Go look at the performance of those platforms. They're taking our latest and high-end end versions of second-generation core, and ARM doesn't even come close to any capability there.” Kilroy asserted that he could not tell state for how long Apple will keep using Intel cheeps in the MacBooks, as he claimed that such decision will have to be made by Apple authorities.
