Time Warner Temporarily Suspends MTV, FX from iPad App in Respect to of Their Complains


After receiving serious complains from their three biggest media companies; Viacom, Discovery Communications and News Corp., the cable operator Time Warner has temporarily terminated few channels from its iPad app. Time Warner has been streaming several of its cable programming to its paid subscribers on their iPad app as a convenience. But apparently, the media companies are not satisfied with seeing their content on iPad, to the same customers in addition to conventional TV’s, without profiting more money out of the cable operator.

Time Warner has implied straight forwardly, that according to them, they have “every right to carry the programming on our iPad app," as quoted in the report published by New York Times. Later today, the cable operator representative gave a statement: "But, for the time being, we have decided to focus our iPad efforts on those enlightened programmers who understand the benefit and importance of allowing our subscribers — and their viewers — to watch their programming on any screen in their homes. In the meantime, we will pursue all of our legal rights against the programmers who don’t share our vision.”

HTC Releases another Promotional Video of New Android-Based Tablet with a Stylus Pen


HTC has just recently released another promotional video for their upcoming Android tablet, the name of the tablet still remain ambiguous as its both rumored to be either ‘Flyer’ or ‘Evo View 4G’ as it is scheduled to reach the markets this sometime summer.
In the increasingly competitive and highly growing market of tablets, the specifications and features of HTC’s tablet are notable but they still cannot be considered out of the ordinary. With its 7-inch display of a  1024-by-600 resolution, the 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor adds up with 1GB of RAM. As for the memory space, the devices come with 32GB of internal memory along with external microSD card slot. Moreover, it has dual cameras with 5 MP camera for rear and 1.3 MP camera in front.

Google’s Opponent Complain against the Settlement for Buzz


The Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) had pushed the U.S. regulators to search and investigate Google Inc., and now it is becoming is all steamed up for not being involved in the class action settlement with the search giant’s Buzz social network.
EPIC filed its objection to the settlement in court just this week implying that Google has cleverly chosen to fund only those groups which are already gaining assistance from the generosity giant of a company. Privacy advocate, Marc Rotenberg, filed the complaint representing EPIC’s concern with the Federal Trade Commission last year. It said that Buzz has put the privacy of all Gmail users in complete danger. As a consequences of this complaint, Google recently settled it with FTC on Wednesday, to have to independent privacy audits from third party companies.

Adobe Displays Its Upcoming iPad Photoshop App During Photoshop World Conference


Adobe has displayed its upcoming imaging technology endeavors for iPad during their keynote address at the Photoshop World conference.  This new app now expands the free Photoshop Express tool Adobe has been offering in the iOS App Store, now to iPad. These tools offer basic camera, photo editing and several picture sharing tools. This Camera Pack, worth $3.99, facilitates the user to use self-timer shutter, auto review, and noise reduction technology too.

Whereas, on the other hand, the additional technologies Adobe has demonstrated specifically for iPad lets the user create multi-layer documents which can be animated in 3D for previewing the layers collectively. It also comes with the features like syncing their Photoshop settings of iPad app with their desktop computer Photoshop.
