The Country Manager of Intel for Pakistan Naveed Siraj, was speaking in a local hotel at the launch of the second generation Intel(R) Core(TM) processor family when he said that Intel might even start their own production in Pakistan if the feasibility report goes positive and it is found that economies of scale are suitable.

Both Apple Suppliers; Samsung and AU Optronics Expand to Overcome Huge iPad 2 Demand

Two of the major suppliers of Apple; Samsung and AU Optronics are reported to have expanded their units for the sake of Apple’s extra-ordinarily high demand. It has been announced that Samsung will be hiring 300 new engineers and technicians in addition to their last years expansion in the semiconductor plant in Austin, Tex. This increasing expansion is largely due to the extensive demand for the iPad and iPhone. On the other hand AU Optronics has apparently won the contract of providing flat panel screens for the iPad 2.

NASA Probe Finally Reaches Mercury and Begin Unleashing the Planet

NASA scientists have finally acquired the new images of Mercury as their MESSENGER probe initiates a year-long mission for mapping the entire surface of the whole solar system's least-understood planet. It took an almost 7.9-billion-kilometer journey for the probe to reach its destination in around 6years and 6months as it finally entered the planet's orbit on March 17.

Mercury has a very unrealistic temperature range as it reaches 427 degrees Celsius in day-time with minus 150 degrees at night. Hence, Mercury is the least explored planet and also because it is the closest planet to the Sun which makes it a subject of enormous gravitational pulls and massively high levels of radiation.

Flaws Found In the Mac OS X 10 Lion Developer Preview 2 Release by Apple

Apple has released the ‘second developer preview’ of its yet-to-come Mac OS X Lion operating system on this Wednesday. This new operating system is due to arrive this summer, though however in contrast to the recent details; this pre-release software is not exactly a Gold Master.
This beta software, labeled as ‘Mac OS X Lion Developer Preview 2’ and identifiable by its build number 11A419, has been put on Mac App Store and is available to all registered developers after they request a redemption code online. It was previously available together with the Mac OS X Lion Server Developer Preview 2, which also has the same build number, and also Xcode 4.1 Developer Preview 2. This was a pre-release version of the Mac OS X development environment provided by Apple.
