Sean Penn has informed the media that according to his assumptions Charlie Sheen can really be a very immense and reliable source of charity work in Haiti, the devastating earthquake.

Penn gave his statement of this Friday little time after the actual announcement of Sheen to the "Access Hollywood." He announced that he himself and Penn are preparing for touring the effected Caribbean nation, he did not announce any specific date or time though. Penn stated commented afterwards on this announcement stating that "If he chooses to give support, I'll trust it.”

It has been reported by the Associated Press that the L.A. County prosecutors are intending to file a legal notice regarding their plans of appealing against a prior decision of a judge involving the clearance of several drug conspiracy convictions against the star, Anna Nicole Smith's boyfriend-lawyer and psychiatrist.

A notice of appeal has been sent by the office of district attorney for a Superior Court on Friday. According to their spokeswoman, the actual legal appeal will be filed soon enough as well. Earlier in January, a Judge named Robert Perry, cleared few convictions against Kristine Eroshevich and Howard K. Stern. The justification of the decision was stated to be overly complicated case if prosecution and it was also said that it was not really well backed up by evidences.

His career experience lasted almost five decades as he was most famous of his British royalty dramas including "Anne of the Thousand Days" and "Mary, Queen of Scots."

This news was called in on Saturday, as Jarrott passed away the night before since he was already suffering from prostate cancer. In his last days he was residing at the Woodland Hills retirement community which is a property of the Motion Picture & Television Fund, as informed by the organization's spokeswoman Jaime Larkin.

Her Publicist John Blanchette has shared with the media that Gabor will be allowed to leave for home this Friday after her two-day since her admittance on Wednesday. She had to be taken into emergency since the blood flow to her left leg had suddenly halted. Almost entire of Gabor's right leg has been amputated back in January due gangrene.
